Presence Turns Breath, Sound, And Movement Into Intimacy
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Christine Renee and Jim Macdonald share a grounded, beginner-friendly approach to sacred tantra that puts presence first, not technique, performance, or perfection. We talk about tantra as an experiential path of expanding aliveness by combining conscious awareness with energy flow, then moving that energy through three keys you can practice anytime: breath, sound, and movement.
We also clear up a common misconception: tantra isn’t only for couples and Shiva and Shakti aren’t gender labels. They’re inner principles that live in every person. When we learn to sense what’s happening inside us, we get more honest about what we want, what we fear, and where our boundaries are. That self-awareness makes it easier to communicate without collapsing into people-pleasing, defensiveness, or shame. From there, intimacy becomes what it’s meant to be: seeing and being seen, knowing and being known.
You’ll get a simple guided practice to help you land in your feet, track sensation, add sound, invite the spine into movement, and notice what changes when you slow down and stay present. We also talk about the real skill of the work: returning when you lose presence, and using that moment as a pathway back to connection. We close with ways to go deeper through upcoming offerings, including:
🌹 She Who Rises, the Inner Temple online women's only training beginning September 28th
🌹Intro to Sacred Tantra training in Austin, Texas January 15-18th, 2027
If this resonates, subscribe, share it with someone you want more presence with, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What’s one moment where you most want to stay present: during touch, during conflict, or during a hard conversation?

Welcome And Webinar Replay Setup
SPEAKER_03Welcome back to Wisdom Rising. I am your host, Christine Renee, and this week we are mixing things up. We have got a beautiful webinar replay that went live last week called Creating a Sacred Sex Life: Connection Through Presence. And this was done with my beloved, my partner, Jim McDonald. And we also love teaching together. We do host workshops and different opportunities both in Bozeman, Montana, and online. And we have Intro to Sacred Tantra training in Austin, Texas coming up on January 15th through the 18th. I'll be assisting the facilitation there while Jim McDonald and uh his co-facilitator Weiler, who also was on the podcast recently, will be leading the training. I am looking forward to it because there is going to be so much space in it for integration and connection and presence while we do the deeper work of breath, sound and movement, while we do the work of recognizing within ourselves, am I a yes for this or am I a no for this? So if you are ready to stretch and grow in different aspects of yourself, this is going to be a fantastic training. I definitely want you to go to the show notes, check out that link, and let us know if you have any questions, whether that is about the training or on this program, we would love to connect and support with you. So please feel free to reach out. And I hope you enjoy this episode of the webinar replay Creating a Sacred Sex Life Connection through presence.
Meet Christine And Jim
SPEAKER_03Welcome to Creating a Sacred Sex Life Connection through presence. This uh webinar is presented by myself, Christine Renee and Jim McDonald.
SPEAKER_00Yes, and so hi, I'm uh Jim, otherwise known as Christine's partner. No, I we're both we're both Tantra and other kinds of uh facilitators. Um I'm a Tantra teacher in training with the Sky Dancing uh Tantra Institute. I'm also a licensed chakra dance facilitator and have offered many workshops here through Moonrising with Christine, including an intro to tantra class, many local classes, and I've been doing tantra now for more than 12 years.
SPEAKER_03I love it. Yeah. Um, I love his chakra dance. I love teaching alongside, I love facilitating with Jim. And so if you don't know me, I'm Christine Renee, and I have had Moonrising Shamanic Institute now for a handful of years. And before that, it was Reiki Cafe University, and I've got a solid foundation and Reiki and energy work and how energy moves for a very long time. Um, I started practicing meditation when I was 16 years old and got my Reiki training when I was just 20 years old. And so I feel like energy modalities are just my jam. Like I love it. And I've always wanted to learn more about Tantra. And I had the opportunity a few years ago, and I was like, oh, it's just another energy movement modality. I got this, is what it felt like. And um not only did it bring so much self-awareness around that energy movement, but also in understanding connection and understanding how energy moves from the earth to up. And you know, if you have a Reiki background, oftentimes we're taught to be aware of the energy moving from crown down. And so now I get a play in both energies. And um, on top of facilitating tantra workshops um in person, I have a lot of women's groups that I run and doing my online thing with Jim. Um, I also have done uh a women's tantra retreat just a few months ago, but I also am a spiritual coach and a shamanic Reiki practitioner, teacher, and trainer here at Moonrising Shamanic Institute. So I've got a lot of a lot of things I like to um fully immerse myself in, is what it feels like. It's no dabbling, it's like a full immersion. It's my world.
SPEAKER_00For sure. You're always fully immersed. What I love uh looking at our slide deck here is the one in the middle, you and I doing a very conscious presencing exercise, communication exercise outdoors in person here in the town we live, here in Montana. And that was a really cool night. And I didn't realize we had a picture from that angle, so that's really neat to see us doing our thing together with people um watching and observing.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely. And then one of the reasons why I picked these photos for this slide was um we really do enjoy our time in nature. And this picture is from Yellowstone. We definitely do a lot of dancing, and this was from a silent disco. The picture on the left was from a silent disco last summer, and we just have a lot of fun and enjoy each other's company in so many different places and spaces. So I wanted to add that little flavor in.
SPEAKER_00I might need to wear more drab colors in the future.
SPEAKER_03No, I like it.
Defining Tantra Beyond Couples
SPEAKER_03So, for this webinar, what you can expect is we're gonna go over what our definition of tantra is and how presence relates to that, why presence is key to moving energy, how presence supports deeper intimacy, why presence is the foundation of a sacred sex life. And then we're gonna have time for a little practice, QA, and we have some things that are coming up here in the future that we'd love to um alert you to as well. So our focus is presence, it looks like presence, presence, presence, connection through presence. Yes. So what is tantra? There isn't one right answer. I can't say that enough. So while tantra has many different many definitions as people practicing, for us, tantra is an experiential process of expanding individual aliveness by cultivating our conscious awareness, that Shiva energy, and energetic flow, the Shakti energy, using the three keys of breath, sound, and movement.
SPEAKER_00So there's a lot to unpack in a definition like this. But I think the key things to look at here is that it's experiential. We can give you a definition you don't really know what tantra is until you experience it. And that there are these components of it, the the consciousness, our awareness, and the energy flow. The the sh what we call the Shakti. And we move that through those keys, the breath, sound, and movement. Now, what I think is really interesting here is that word shakti in the in the word Shiva there, because a lot of times when when I've talked to people who've who've um been interested in tantra, they see it as a couple's practice, and they see they see the male element, the Shiva, and the female element, the Shakti, and we sometimes used to call the men the Shivas and the women the Shaktis. But what we're saying here in this definition is something a little different. We're saying that everybody has these both within them, Shiva and Shakti. You may be a female-bodied person, but you have both Shiva and Shakti. You could be a male-bodied person, Shiva and Shakti. You could be, you could consider yourselves gendered non-binary. You still would have these Shiva and Shakti principles because it's just talking about your consciousness and the energy flow and beginning with yourself, noticing that through that experience and those three keys, we're doing tantra.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I I love that because it really does honor the complete whole self. Like we have all these components within us. And when we can discover this for ourselves, when we come into partnership, we can honor our partner and their own Shiva and Shakti energy as well. So, and it's so much fun to move energy through breath, sound and movement. I really enjoy it. So let's get into it a little bit deeper.
SPEAKER_00Okay, great.
Presence As The Energy Switch
SPEAKER_00So, how presence relates to our definition of Tantra. So, we just gave you the definition. To be present is to be in the current moment, letting go of what was and what will be while bringing focus to the now. Pretty obvious definition. If we desire to cultivate aliveness, we need to be present while energy is moving through our being. Being present to our energy flow brings conscious awareness. These are the key ingredients of our definition. But none of it happens, none of this great tantra stuff happens without presence. So if our minds and spirits go somewhere else, how can we ever be more alive right now in the present?
SPEAKER_03Well, and I and I love to think about this and how often we get caught up in our past. And the past is where we tend to find there's a lot of can be a lot of emotional attachments to the past, just as much as there are about when we think about the future and how much we worry for the future. And when we can let that go in the moment of I don't have to hyperfixate on what just happened in my life or what happened five, 10, 15 years ago in my life. And the same thing with my future. If I can just be really present and mindful of where I am in the now, that conscious awareness helps me be fully present. And just noticing here I am on a camera and how am I being present this moment? Am I thinking about other things when Jim is talking? Am I, can I feel my feet on the floor and really connect down into the earth? Can I hear the loudness of my voice? And can I can I project so that everyone can hear what I'm saying? Like there's very interesting when you can really come fully into the present and just notice what you notice. Notice your body, notice how you feel, and allow that noticing to happen while you can bring that energy through, right? So we have that energy flow that can happen as well. So then when you're really working on bringing that energy up from the earth through your chakras, you're noticing, you're noticing what that means to you and how it feels.
SPEAKER_00Right. It may not feel good, it may feel all kinds of ways, but we don't get anywhere if we're not, if we're just floating off, if we're not connecting our presence to our entire body. So the energy can flow somewhere, but if it's not flowing through us in a way that we're aware of it, that we're present with it, then then we're not really getting the benefits of Tantra or this sort of energy practice.
SPEAKER_03Right. Yeah. I I feel like this is definitely uh a spiritual practice in its nature. You know, it's it's a really beautiful thing when you can allow yourself to be fully here, fully alive, fully in the moment with whatever is showing up for you. And so, why is present the key to moving energy through breath, movement, and sound? So, presence opens us to conscious awareness, which holds the space for us to observe how energy moves. We move that energy using the three keys of breath, sound, movement. Without presence, yes, we can still breathe, sound, and move, but when we aren't present, can we feel and appreciate how alive we are? Can we move energy in a way that connects us to our higher purpose?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, of course. So in most of life, we breathe and we don't really think about it. I'm breathing through this presentation and probably not really thinking about it because I'm thinking of my words, I'm thinking of what's next. I'm also making sounds all the time and not really thinking about it. I'm not really always present with the things that I'm saying. And I move, I walk to the bathroom, I go to the kitchen, I go outside, I get in my car. But am I always paying attention to what I'm doing? Probably not. So, yes, of course, we can do all of those things. All of those things. But when we don't when we are not present with those things, what are we doing? We're just kind of going through the motions of life. But are we living towards our higher purpose? Are we going for the thing that really makes us us, the thing that makes us really tick? Maybe, maybe not, but we don't really know unless we're present with that, unless we say, I'm gonna breathe because I want to move that energy, because it's gonna open me up to um the the tantra class I want to teach in the future, as for in my case, or because I want to make the money I need to make to support my family, because that that suits me as a provider for my children, for example.
SPEAKER_03And you can also notice how breath sound and movement can be a catalyst for that energy movement, right? So we're really actually focusing on these three keys as a catalyst to move the energy up and through the chakras. And when we can have that, you're really it's really hard not to notice sometimes when you're doing this as an intentional practice of wow, it's really stuck in my solar plexus. I'm gonna have to breathe through that. I'm gonna move through that, I'm gonna sound through that. I'm just gonna notice what I notice here and allow it to happen and give it my awareness in this moment. And then after some time, it may shift. It may not, but it may shift. And so then you keep keep moving through it and that intentional practice and the presence of the practice is really helps you become very aware of your body. It becomes very aware of your energy, and you can see the continual, uh, gradual progression of the practice as you keep moving through it, right? Like I've been teaching on chakras for years and years and years. And when I was introduced to it through this lens, I was like, this is phenomenal because now I'm actually, it feels like I'm in the driver's seat. I'm present with my own energy and I can notice how things are flowing, where things are getting stuck, where things feel stagnant, what emotions are arising as I move through this and honor myself for wherever I am. Like it's not a try to fix or change. It's, oh, this is where I am today. I'm noticing that. And how can I be feel the aliveness of being in that moment with the practice?
Desires Fears And Boundaries
SPEAKER_00How presence supports deeper intimacy by aiding communication. When you can be in presence with yourself, then it's easier to be in presence with your partner or presence with the connection between you. Then you can honor yourself and your desires, fears, and boundaries while fully honoring those same things in your partner. This allows for sacred union with yourself and with another.
SPEAKER_03So it's kind of like you go back to that Shiva and Shakti, right? You have the conscious awareness, we have the divine energy. Another way of looking at it is oftentimes we hear about the divine feminine, the sacred masculine, like these are energies that are present within us. And when we can give our attention to them and really understand the balance within ourselves, then we can then look to the partnership. And, you know, in this creating a sacred sex life, this then this is sexy. Like to me, this is this is sexy. And the and the fact that, like, if I am aware of me, and then I can be aware of my partner, then I can be aware of what's going on energetically between us. And then beyond energetics, it's like, yes, I can be energetically present, but I can be physically present, I can be emotionally present, right? It just adds such um such an expanded feeling and partnership when, but it all comes to you first. You have to understand where you're at to be then able to honor that of of your partner.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think a lot of people are givers, right? They're they see their partner and they're like, oh, he's hurt or he's gonna be upset, or what will make what will make her or him happy, right? And a lot of times we forget about ourself in the process. So the if you notice the last slides were talking about coming in touch with yourself, becoming aware of yourself, moving that energy within yourself. All of those things help clarify things for yourself so that you can then communicate, hey, I would like this, but I'm afraid I would love to, I would I would love to have a hug, but I'm afraid you might not be open it for it now. Right? The ability to be able to state those things and then understanding that if your partner is in that same process, they can do that thing same thing back, and you hear them rather than oh, they hurt my feelings. Oh, um, that wasn't the right thing. I screwed up, right? Instead of getting into that mess of stuff, you're now hearing them as a person. You're here because you hear yourself first as a person, and you've created, if you're both doing the work, you're creating that partnership where now those sum of those parts is now greater. You now have created something magical or what we're calling here sacred. You're you're creating something bigger because I've shared my wants, my fears, my boundaries. You listen to them and they've shared their wants, their fears, their boundaries. And because you have such caring for yourself and for the other, now this is where all the magic starts happening in that relationship. And if even if that failed, you at least have it with yourself, which is huge.
SPEAKER_03Right. And I think that's it. It's like if we can come to learn to navigate what is my truest desire, what are my fears that arise, where are my boundaries at? And getting that clear clarity and trust, I think there's a huge self-trust component. Like I trust that I can speak up for myself, I trust that I can share this with my partner and be fully heard and not just responded to. That level of trust helps you open into a deeper level of intimacy. It allows you to feel safe in being able to speak up for yourself and to communicate. And when you are in this open practice of my voice is valid, my what I'm sharing is valid, my feelings and emotions are valid. And I want to share them with you. I'm gonna share this aspect of who I am with you. I'm gonna be fully present and not deny something that's arising in me, right? I think there is also a tendency to sweep things away and like not make a big deal about it. And what happens when you actually lean in and go, can I share this thing that I'm struggling with you? I know it might be, it might feel like just an acorn, but if right now in my body, it feels like a boulder, right? Like, how can we recognize what's going on and seek connection, seek that um, with curiosity of going, this is what's going on with me. Can you support me in this? This is my desire in the moment. Like I'm going through something right now. Are you will you be able to hold space for me? And I think there's this lovely thing that can happen when you can go back and forth and developing that trust and signals of safety in your relationship.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Thank you for that. Thank you for speaking.
Sacred Sex And Slowing Down Touch
SPEAKER_03So, why presence is the foundation of a sacred sex life? A sacred sex life takes that sacred connection and integrates it into our whole being, including our sexual energy. As trust develops, you see the other deeply. Another way of saying intimacy. So from presence to awareness to moving energy toward your higher purpose to honoring yourself and the other, to integrating it with your entire being. Presence proves to be the key cornerstone of a sacred sex life.
SPEAKER_00Right. And that last paragraph really are all the slides built up to this very point. But I want to stop a little bit on this word intimacy. We hear a lot about intimacy, and sometimes it has a by itself just a very sexual connotation. But Literally, the word intimacy means to see and deeply know while at the same time being seen and being deeply known. So intimacy is that reciprocal relationship of depth between you and another. And it doesn't have to be your partner, it could be with anyone you have that sort of intimacy with. Now that obviously has something to do if you've got depth, if you're putting your whole now, you've built up all these pieces of your parts, right? You've got the awareness, you've got the the energy moving. You you now have a partner who's doing the same thing. And now you're connecting that with your entire being, including your sexual being, including from your root chakra to your sacral chakra, and up, and then up, and then up, and then up. That's sacred, right? That's bringing it all the way up from your entire being all the way up to spirit. And you move that energy, you notice that energy, and it all begins with presence. And I know I'm rambling a little bit, but this is this gets me really excited. This idea that we don't have to just be our sacred lives don't just have to be lonely lives, you know, they can be shared lives, and they can be shared lives with uh every part of us. It doesn't just have to be us praying together or meditating together, as sacred as that can be. It could be us praying together and making love together. And these are the pieces, right? This is what that is showing. Um, the pieces that we just talked about in the other slide. You move one building block to another, and before you know it, you have that cosmic union.
SPEAKER_03Well, and it and I want to um just notice what it feels like to touch yourself, let's say on your arm, and you're just going slow and you're noticing, you're noticing the pressure, you're noticing the textural sensation of it, you're noticing um the heat. Like, is it cold fingers? Is it warm fingers? Like you can bring all of this presence into such a minute action. And when we can be fully present in receiving that touch, you can receive it for yourself. Then when you come into partnership and you share that touch, for example, and when you can bring your presence into your own body and then also feel into the touch of your partner, even that small moment can be a sacred act of I'm I'm touching you in a way that is desirable, that I think is desirable for for my partner. And they have the opportunity to communicate. Will you touch me this way? Like, think about it, even if that gradually moved into a massage or it moved into a sexual act, and being able to be really aware, like slow it down, be really aware of the present moment of what does this feel like? Can I receive this in my body as pleasure? Or is something else arising? Is there another emotion that's coming up to the surface that's distracting me from the present? Right. Like all of this noticing is really important as we and trust that that intimate connection, you can you can speak up and speak forward of like this is what's going on when I'm just doing the simple practice. And so it can um, it feels like it's an invitation into allowing the sacredness to to evolve and to to move your your the energy through you.
SPEAKER_00Right. So there's often it's it's really easy for us to get away from presence, right? A lot of things distract us. A lot of things distract us, right? And that's okay. And part of having a great partner is this ability to say, when you touch me, actually, I was thinking about paying the bills. I'm sorry, I was not present with you. And that helps reestablish the presence, right? Yeah, absolutely. You can say, Hey, I'm sorry, I wasn't paying the bills. I'm here with you now, telling you this. And then you might say, Hey, would you like to try again? And I might say yes, I might say no. I'd be like, No, I'm sorry, this is a bigger issue for me right now. Or I may say, or I might say, Yes, could you please touch me again? And now, because we've had this conversation, because we've reconnected in presence, we're more available for that presence and that yumminess that can come from that touch.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. And it does feel like connection. So we bring this into breath, sound, and movement. I'm being aware of my breath, I'm being aware of my sounds, I'm being aware of how my body is moving. And I can bring the conscious awareness to that. And then I'm also bringing that I have conscious awareness of how Jim is breathing, sounding, moving, right? And if we can just drop into those three keys, there is connection there. We might sink our breath together. We might, one noise might spontaneously generate the partner to make a different kind of noise, right? Like, and so when we can fully allow ourselves to be present and honor the connection of how breath, sound, and movement moves us into a greater connection, it can be a really beautiful and sacred thing.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. Yum. More pleased.
SPEAKER_03Yes, absolutely.
Guided Breath Sound Movement Practice
SPEAKER_03So I do have a quick practice that I'd like to invite you into. And know that if you are listening, if you're watching the replay, you're listening to the replay, know that this is best not driving. So come into presence with us. That's the invitation. Taking a moment to really allow your body to land. And I'm gonna invite you to close your eyes and just notice your feet. And notice your feet and how it touches the surface beneath you. Noticing if you can be aware of each toe and the footprint on the floor, and just allow that energy connection with the earth beneath you. Noticing if you can open your awareness to allowing yourself to feel from your feet, and then I'm gonna invite you to invite in that breath. Can we inhale up through our feet, up our legs into the torso? And can we bring our awareness into the exhale, exhaling down the legs and out the feet?
SPEAKER_02Inhaling it up and exhaling down.
SPEAKER_03Now, as we notice our breath, I'm gonna invite you to also make some sound with that. Can you inhale up with a grand, like a fuller noise, a fuller sound of that inhale? Suck it up through straw lips, exhale, big open mouth sigh out. And just begin to notice how that feels. Inhaling up, exhaling down, and can you bring that energy and awareness that inhale all the way up to the sacral chakra, perhaps? Breathing up into the lower belly and exhaling it down. And can you invite your body, your spine to get involved? Can you inhale up and bring a movement with it? Exhaling down. It might just be your hands, guiding that energy up to the belly, exhale, bringing that energy back down the legs to the earth. Let's try that again. Inhaling up, exhaling down and bringing it all the way up to the heart space now. Noticing that, exhaling it all the way down the torso, down the legs, making that sound. How can we invite the spine to move even more? Inhale up and exhale down, inhaling up. Exhale down. And just now moving that energy, noticing what you notice, noticing if there's an easy flow to this now pattern of the brain and the breath, the sound, the movement. You invite your spine or your arms in to make movement with you. You feel guided to bring that energy up even farther up into your throat. Exhaling down.
SPEAKER_02Inhaling it up. Exhaling down.
SPEAKER_03One more time. Inhaling up. Exhaling down. Bring one more element into this practice. Inhale up with your fingers touching your body, touching your torso, touching your throat, noticing what that feels like, and then exhaling your fingers down your body. Noticing what you notice. Inhaling your fingers all the way up with that breath, with that inhale. Exhale, gliding your gliding your fingers down. One more time.
SPEAKER_02Inhaling up. Exhaling down. Noticing what's going on in your body.
SPEAKER_03Noticing if there's any sensations arising for you. Noticing if a monkey mind showed up. Noticing whatever is present. Maybe there's some tension or some strain in the body. Just allowing, allowing this knowingness that you can be present. You can bring in the sound, you can bring in the movement. The breath is there for you. Can you exaggerate it in such a way to pull that energy up from the earth and exhale down the body through the feet? Knowing that the earth has always got you, it's always present with you, ready to receive those exhales, receive any releases, alchemize, transform, and send that energy back up as a way of nourishing our bodies. Just noticing what you notice, letting it land. And then when you're ready, giving your body a stretch, wiggling those fingers and toes, fluttering open your eyes. And thank you, thank you, thank you for breathing with me, moving with me, sounding with me. And
Losing Presence And Returning
SPEAKER_03you can maybe begin to sense what that feels like of moving the energy this way and what it might be like to be in partnership. Like I could notice Jim next to me breathing, sounding, moving alongside me. And how can we bring even more presence to a partnered practice? We can do the same exact thing, but maybe we're synchronized. We're breathing together, we're moving the energy together, we're feeling our bodies together and noticing what that feels like.
SPEAKER_00And in terms of presence, as mentioned, it's really easy to lose it. I probably lost it five or six times during that. And that's okay. All you do is you reset, you rediscover that presence and you reconnect. It's as simple as that. Being aware of loss of presence is itself a presence, right? When you become, when that becomes more part of your practice, you become more aware of how easy it is to stay present, how easy it is to lose it. That in itself is a kind of presence that allows you to continue doing this work. So if you're losing presence, if it's not easy to hold on to, that's okay. That's that's part of the work. Just notice that you're losing presence. That's another way of being present.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely. I think there are so many people who built like beat themselves up about not being able to hold it. And that's not necessarily the point. Uh, it's always return. And I think that's one of the beautiful things about breath, is it doesn't stop. You can always return to your breath, it's always going to be with you.
SPEAKER_00Yes, absolutely.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
Upcoming Offerings And How To Join
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_00Go on.
SPEAKER_03So know that I will be offering my online women's course called She Who Rises, the Inner Temple. It's a three-month journey into a feminine awakening and embodied power. This is where I really love to do this work with women specifically, where we begin to have that chakra wisdom. We can really feel that kundalini rising energy through that inner flute. We're bringing in the breath, the movement, the sound, and we're really allowing it to become a way of energetic discernment and psychic protection, like really becoming aware of this is what my internal state is, this is what's showing up for me. And how does that actually inform my energetic field around me as in a way of psychic protection? So we're doing a lot of feminine embodiment practices as well as somatic integration. So this is awakening your energy, reconnecting with your body, strengthening your energetic field and rising more into who you are. So this is um what's really alive in me this these days. I'm currently finishing up this program with a group, a small group of women, and I'm really looking forward to the next series of it. So know that if you are interested in this, um, feel free to reach out to me or go to moonrisinginstitute.com and you can find the link in our offerings.
SPEAKER_00That's great. No, it's really interesting about what she just said is a lot of the same principles, even feminine activation, are just as applicable for men. And but we, of course, we can't always just have spaces just for men because we need to create those safe spaces for women to be able to meet together, to to say rise up together. Um, but we also offer uh we also offer things for men and for not just men, but for women and men together, whether you come as a solo or as a couple. And I'm really excited about this. So in Austin, Texas, next year in January, and you can see my co-facilitator there on the slide, a woman named Wilder, an excellent um teacher in her own right, um, with many decades of her own um energy work, healing work, practices. I'm so excited about this. But you can take a lot of the principles we've talked about tonight around presencing, a lot of the things the women will be doing in She Who Rises, and bring this into a four-day intensive training, uh, but intensive, but also intensive in a way that we're gonna give you space to integrate, space to talk, space to work up the big things that might be happening to you in a in what we hope is a really supportive container for this. So we have a four-day immersion in embodiment, energetic awakening, emotional release, and as I mentioned, that deep integration with great practices. This is a holiday weekend, so the Monday is a holiday for people where we're going to introduce you to beginning practices in uh in my tradition, in sky dancing tantra, and a few other practices as well that may not come out of that tradition, but that come out from me, for instance. Expect to see some chakra dance and from wilder zone training as well, using a lot of the same principles we talked about tonight in breath, movement, and sound. And so we're really excited. Um, there's gonna be amazing organic food. There's uh Christine's gonna be there too to help support. So you're gonna have you're gonna have people you know if you're coming in through the Moonrising Institute. And um, I I I can't I can't be even begin to tell you all the amazing things that are gonna happen. Um, and I hope you support, I hope you come. I it I if you have any questions at all, I will talk all day to you about this. I am so excited about this. And you can find out more also at moonrisinginstitute.com. Look under the offering section, and you'll find intro to sacred tantra, or just look it up on Google, and I think you're gonna find it pretty well at this point.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I'm really excited about this as well. Like I um I'm you I'm very comfortable in my all women's spaces, and the more I see what the intro to Sacred Tantra itinerary is and what is all gonna be included, and how much integration and how much sharing is going on, I'm really looking forward to it. I feel like this is this this is a um a program over numerous days where it feels like you can really let yourself settle in and allow that nervous system to respond in a healthy way. And I'm really, I'm really looking forward to being there and I'll be there assisting. So if anyone needs additional support or help with their rooms or the food, all the things, like I'm definitely going to be in kind of a managing role in a way, but like I'm I'm also gonna be there as a guardian of the heart, if you will, to support the participants move and ground and feel and just have a listening ear available all the time. So I'm really looking forward to this one.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah. Me, you and me both. This has been a long time coming in my life, and this is what I feel born for. So I'm really excited to share something deeply personal to me. And no, you don't have to have had any tantra experience. You don't have to come with a partner if if you don't have one. You can come and um give it a shot, and I I I promise you it'll at least be uh a very um engaging experience full of lots of beautiful activities.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I was just in Austin doing a women's tonsha retreat just a few months ago and used this facility, and it's absolutely beautiful. I'm really looking forward to being there again. So, any questions, please reach out to us and we'd love to support you in learning more. Yes, yes.
